About us

Founded in France, our firm was created to bridge a critical gap between European and West African markets, particularly in the agro-allied sector.

After completing a Master’s degree in International Business & Management under a Franco-American academic track, our founder identified a recurring challenge: while trade opportunities between France and Nigeria are significant, many partnerships fail due to lack of trusted intermediaries, regulatory understanding, and structured market entry strategies.

France possesses advanced expertise in agro-processing, dairy innovation, and premium food distribution. Nigeria, on the other hand, is one of Africa’s largest agricultural producers, with strong potential in cocoa, ginger, and other agro-commodities. Yet both markets often struggle with:

  • Reliable sourcing and supplier verification

  • Regulatory compliance (EU standards vs Nigerian frameworks)

  • Market access and distribution networks

  • Cross-cultural negotiation and risk mitigation

The firm began by focusing on:

  • Market research for European companies exploring West Africa

  • Supplier identification and verification in Nigeria

  • Export structuring and documentation advisory

Over time, the scope expanded to include:

  • Commission-based commercial representation

  • Business development missions

  • Trade facilitation in cocoa, dairy inputs, and agro-allied products

  • Structured sourcing for French importers

The objective has always remained the same:

To reduce risk, increase transparency, and create sustainable cross-border trade partnerships.
